By using our website, browsing our website, irrespective of being either a seller or a buyer on our marketplace website/platform concerning air spare parts, you expressly and irrevocably adhere, accept and consent to each and every section contained within these Terms and Conditions. We retain and reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and we will notify you when we have changed these Terms and Conditions in order to keep you aware. In such a case, if you continue to use our website, browse our website, irrespective of being either a seller or a buyer on our marketplace website/platform concerning air spare parts, you would expressly and irrevocably adhere, accept and consent to each and every modification made by us regarding these Terms and Conditions. Our Website is acting as a platform for the aviation industry to help sellers of aircraft spare parts (Avionics, APU’s, Engine and Engine parts, IFE, landing gears, Airframe) to advertise and list their parts on the website, in order for potential buyers to contact them and make/ close a sale.
Once buyer is interested in having more information on the particular part, the buyer ought to make inquiries to sellers that can be contacted either by an email (externally out of the website) and/ or using the live chat option which is/will be available for logged in users of the website.
Website does not interfere in the communication between both parties (buyers & sellers) unless any issue occurs that required website to step in and solve the issue. The website will work with both parties to ensure that their disputes are handled as best as reasonably possible.
Sellers will complete a form before publishing/ listing the part on the portal to be reviewed before final publishing.
Seller is exclusively responsible for the accuracy of the information related to the part(s) listed as (Part name, description, condition, location, price, paperwork, availability, and any other important information related to the part(s) or to the deal.)
Our company and our website is hereby waiving any and all responsibilities in terms of condition and standards of the parts sold, the relevant pricing, the location and other similar things. Both buyers and sellers understand that they are unable to undertake legal action against us and our website regarding the aforementioned things. Both buyers and sellers hereby acknowledge and understand that our company is merely a platform to list adverts/ RFQ’s and is in no way, shape or form regarding the accuracy of the listings. The buyer hereby understands that the buyer uses our website at the his/her own risk.
Our company further includes notification alerts that will be sent out of the parts uploaded, which can be activated or not from the user’s profile area.
Seller is fully responsible to edit, amend or delete listing. Seller is fully responsible to remove listing once it is sold.
Seller is fully responsible to provide the right information about the part.
Seller is fully responsible to provide the right contact details that he/ she wishes to be contacted in order to discuss further about the part of interest.
Seller is fully responsible to upload the right, correct images of the part.
Sellers & Buyers are mutually responsible and are both requested to keep the quality standards of communication, to meet the highest level of professionalism either selling or buying. Neither the sellers or the buyers can mislead, misinform, deceive the other party and they must maintain the utmost of ethical manners when dealing with each other. In case of any unethical or unlawful activities, our website reserves the right to ban that user from the website.
Membership & Fees

Our Website is offering free membership for Airlines, provided Airline company will provide copy AOC (Aircraft Operation Certificate) or Certificate of Business Incorporation. This is to ensure the highest standards are met and no any scammed are avoided.
Our Website will offer free membership for OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers) provided OEM company will provide copy Certificate of Business Incorporation. This is to ensure the highest standards are met and any scams, spams are avoided.
All other users (Parts Suppliers, distributors, MRO’s (Maintenance & Repair Organizations), lessors, Aviation professionals, Aviation experts, individual aviation brokers) are requested to pay for the website membership.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership prices are listed on the website, in the subscription page.
Membership prices are offered on either once a year/biannual/quarterly or monthly. All are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the user. The method of payment for all transactions shall be via PayPal.
Cancellation of membership is possible at any time. No refund in case of cancellation. Membership pricing/ payments are paid through PayPal to ensure highest standard of security and safety for both users and website.

Prices are displayed on the website with the packages, in the subscription page.
Fees are for one package which accordingly entitles user to upload up to the number of parts as detailed on the subscription page or up to the number of days as details per package (whichever comes first).
