These Terms and Conditions are the only terms and conditions that govern the business relationship between the following company Transwell Trading & Consultancy Ltd, Reg. No. 13720689  that owns the following website and domain: airspareparts.com and all of its users that include both sellers and buyers on the company’s marketplace website/platform regarding air spare parts.Â
-  By using our website, browsing our website, irrespective of being either a seller or a buyer on our marketplace website/platform concerning air spare parts, you expressly and irrevocably adhere, accept and consent to each and every section contained within these Terms and Conditions. We retain and reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and we will notify you when we have changed these Terms and Conditions in order to keep you aware. In such a case, if you continue to use our website, browse our website, irrespective of being either a seller or a buyer on our marketplace website/platform concerning air spare parts, you would expressly and irrevocably adhere, accept and consent to each and every modification made by us regarding these Terms and Conditions. - Â Our Website is acting as a platform for the aviation industry to help buyers and sellers of aircraft and engine spare parts to search for and enquire of various aircraft and engine spare parts to buy and/or tosell in which case Air spare parts can help and quote accordingly.Â
- Â Air spare parts is free to use and does not require a membership or account creation, however users can subscribe in order to receive any updates, news and in return Airspare parts team expects that users adhere to the aviation standards and common business practises when inquiring of parts and/ or publishing list(s) or to promote an existing inventory.Â
Terms of sale

– A customer issues RFQ for part using the provided form, we will provide a quotation accordingly including a service fee/ sourcing fee which is to be communicated privately over email communication and agreed by both sides.Â
– All Payments are / will be cash in advance provided customer approved paperwork of the part(s) and all related conditions of the sale.
 – Air Spare parts will issue a proforma invoice due to be paid prior to shipping. – Air spare parts will provide shipping/ collection details accordingly. – Seller is exclusively responsible for the accuracy of the information related to the part(s) in discussion or requested as (Part name, description, condition, location, price, paperwork, availability, and any other important information related to the part(s) or to the deal.Â
– Buyer is exclusively responsible for inspections of the information related to the part(s) in discussion or requested as (Part name, description, condition, location, price, paperwork, availability, and any other important information related to the part(s) or to the deal.Â
General terms:Â
– Sellers & Buyers alike are mutually responsible and are both requested to keep the quality standards of communication, to meet the highest level of professionalism either selling or buying. Neither the sellers or the buyers can mislead, misinform, deceive the other party and they must maintain the utmost of ethical manners when dealing with Air spare parts team.Â
– Seller is fully responsible to provide the right contact details that he/ she wishes to be contacted in order to discuss further about the part of interest.Â
– Both buyers and sellers understand that they are unable to undertake legal action against us and our website regarding the aforementioned things. Both buyers and sellers hereby acknowledge and understand that our company is merely act as an agent/ broker. The buyer as well as the seller hereby understand that the buyer/seller uses our website at his/her own risk, therefore we advise both buyers and sellers to always ask us for any information or clarification needed at any point of any transaction.Â
– On case by case basis and as for every business to run, Transwell Trading & Consultancy Ltd will issue a service fee/ finding fee, payable by the customer when representing a deal, brokering a deal and or involving in the buying or selling process of part(s). This percentage can range from 2% – 4% dependent of type of dela, time and effort spent to finalize a fair business deals to all parties involved.Â
– Our company and our website are hereby waiving any and all responsibilities in terms of condition and standards of the parts sold, the relevant pricing, the location and other similar things. Both buyers and sellers understand that they are unable to undertake legal action against us and our website regarding the things.Â
– On case by case basis, Transwell Trading & Consultancy Ltd will arrange shipping between the seller to the buyer, however this can be always discussed upon the event of sale when and if needed.
